Key Deliverables

  • Create and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others
  • Collaborate with our content creators to direct event shoots, reels, and stories
  • Ensure consistent, on-brand storytelling before, during, and after events
  • Drive engagement, follower growth, and brand visibility across platforms
  • Monitor performance insights and recommend content optimisations

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing business social media accounts
  • Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, trends, and audience behaviour
  • Confident guiding content direction, from video shoots to captions
  • Highly organised, creative, and proactive with a polished eye
  • Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude, especially during fast-paced events

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience managing social for events, lifestyle, or luxury brands
  • A portfolio of social media pages you’ve led or content you’ve created.
