Key Deliverables

  • Analytics & Reporting: Reviews performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rate) to optimize content for better results.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stays updated with algorithm changes and emerging trends to keep the brand relevant.
  • Paid Social: Often responsible for planning and managing paid advertising campaigns, including budget management.
  • Strategy & Planning: Develops and implements comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Content Management:Creates, schedules, and curates content (copy, images, video) across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Community Management: Monitors social channels, replies to comments, and engages with followers to build a loyal community.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content trends.
  • Creative Skills: Excellent copywriting and visual content creation skills.
