Job Summary

• We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, community engagement, performance analysis, and brand representation to drive awareness, customer acquisition, and audience loyalty. 
  

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, publish, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, reels).
• Manage all company social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Telegram).
• Monitor trends, social tools, and competitor activities for strategic insights.
• Grow and manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Collaborate with design, sales, product, and HR teams for campaigns and content needs.
• Plan and manage social media calendars for consistent posting.
• Run paid social media ad campaigns and optimize for performance (where required).
• Analyze engagement and performance metrics using insights and analytics tools.
• Create monthly performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Protect the brand online by monitoring reputation and escalating issues when necessary.
• Work with influencers, partners, and content creators to expand reach.
