Key Deliverables

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to achieve business goals. 
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok). 
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement. 
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences. 
  • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) and generate reports with actionable insights. 
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, design) to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. 

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms professionally (minimum 2 years). 
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite). 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili. 
  • Creativity and attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality content. 
  • Experience in running paid social media campaigns is a plus. 
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
