THE JOB

We are seeking to fill the position of a Site sales manager who will be responsible for managing on-site sales operations, handling customer enquiries, confirming and processing orders, supervising loading, and coordinating transport. Ensures accurate record-keeping, payment processing, and supports marketing and operations to meet sales goals.

Key Deliverables

  • Conduct site sales operation
  • Confirm order and orders paid for
  • Supervise loading ensuring right grade and right quality
  • Receive customer enquiries in person, visitors or call
  • Customer Service, give customer details of our products, price, transportation
  • Arrange for transport
  • Keep records of cash receipts
  • Keep records of all payments and prepare payment vouchers
  • Work closely with the marketing and operation teams to ensure attainment of sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate record of all sales and management of orders and ensure all are documented
  • Any other additional duties as may be assigned
