Job Description

The Senior Solution Consultant assists the customer to ensure business relevant solutions are implemented and maintained. Speciality will be within the financial sector. The role is responsible for training, guiding, and supporting customers in the effective use of SYSPRO products and related components, ensuring issues are identified, resolved, and managed in accordance with SYSPRO’s standard procedures. It plays a critical role in delivering high-quality product implementations and support, driving successful customer adoption, and ensuring a positive implementation experience.

Key Deliverables

  • Assist the customer to ensure business relevant solutions are implemented and maintained.
  • Ensure relevant project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the project manager.
  • Provide maintenance support and ensure that hours are billed to the customer.
  • Provide virtual training

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Retail Minimum Level of Education Senior certificate or NQF 4 equivalent. Beneficial Qualifications B.Com IT or B. Com Accounting, PPIM will be advantageous Engineering degree will be advantageous Supply Chain degree will be advantageous Minimum Experience 3 - 5 Years Experience implementing and supporting Syspro. Minimum 3 years business process experience. Minimum 3 years Syspro product experience. Minimum 3 years Supply Chain and Manufacturing experience. Experience working within project-centric environments, formally managed within a structured implementation framework. Beneficial Experience Project Lead within a structured framework for ERP implementations. Special Skills and Knowledge Strong product knowledge in the Financial and Distribution modules. Strong business process knowledge. Strong influential ability. Strong business development abilities. Good understanding of SQL scripting. Excellent communication skills. Time management. Attention to detail. Problem-solving and analytical ability.
