Job Overview

• We are currently sourcing for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Officer with at least 4 years of proven experience in a finance company or microfinance institution. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, driving customer acquisition, and increasing brand awareness.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote financial products and services.
• Identify new market opportunities and lead generation channels.
• Manage and evaluate marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional.
• Collaborate with product and business development teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Conduct market research and customer insights to inform strategy.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including content for social media, brochures, and advertisements.
• Organize promotional events and community outreach initiatives to increase visibility and engagement.
