Key Deliverables

  • Participating in interpreting and implementing the human resource management policies and circulars;
  • Undertaking training needs analysis, projections and developing training programmes;
  • Participating in staff recruitment, selection, induction and placement;
  • Processing the payroll;
  • Assisting in managing staff welfare schemes;
  • Maintaining human resource managementinformation system;
  • Consolidating information for payroll processing;
  • Supporting in the management ofstaff probation, confirmation, promotion and exit process; and
  • Verifying and maintaining human resource records.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Human Resource Management Cumulative service period ofsix (6) yearsrelevant work experience three (3) of which must have been in the grade of Human Resource Management Officer I or in a comparable position; Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; OR Bachelor degree in Social Sciences plus post graduate diploma inHuman Resource Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; Professional qualification and membership of Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM) or its equivalent, and in good standing; and Proficiency in computer applications;
