Your challenges

The Senior Business Analyst will support and work on a wide range of strategic, financial, regulatory, and corporate development assignments, including the following:

• Post-merger projects: Assess target companies, identify gaps, and map out how to integrate them effectively.
• Licensing applications: Write regulatory papers covering countries such as Comoros, Madagascar, Algeria, Togo, and Tanzania while working closely with the legal team.
• Financial modelling: Build business plans, run financial projections, and check capital ratios and risk scenarios.
• Strategic reports: Write background reports, including impact studies and recommendations. The PMO finalizes and submits them.
• M&A due diligence: Review deals from commercial, financial, and regulatory perspectives.
• Entity structuring: Study options such as subsidiaries or spin-offs and assess whether the rules support obtaining a license.
• Quality control: Check sources, keep data accurate, and clearly document all assumptions.
