Job Description
GKT Car Rentals is a contemporary transport/logistics management solution provider with core competence in the provision of short term car rental and long term car leasing solutions. We have developed competence and generated a degree of pedigree in the provision of short/long term car hire services, driver management services and fleet management services.
We are seeking a highly competent, detail-oriented, and results-driven Senior Accounts / Admin Officer to support the company’s financial management and administrative operations.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, proven experience working in a structured corporate environment, and the ability to operate independently while consistently delivering accurate and timely results. The role requires willingness to work on Saturdays.
- This role requires a professional who can manage financial records, oversee administrative processes, ensure compliance with internal controls, and support management with reliable financial and operational information.

Accounts & Finance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including income, expenses, receivables, and payables.
- Prepare periodic financial reports, summaries, and schedules for management review.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and daily financial activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records and supporting schedules.
- Support year-end audit processes and liaise with external auditors when required.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including tax filings, remittances, and regulatory documentation.
Administrative & Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
- Maintain organized records, contracts, correspondences, and company documentation.
- Support HR-related administration including staff records, attendance, and documentation.
- Coordinate office logistics, vendors, and service providers.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and internal control systems.
Reporting & Support:
- Provide management with timely, accurate financial and operational information to support decision-making.
- Track operational expenses and highlight variances, risks, or inefficiencies.
- Work closely with management to implement improved accounting and administrative processes.
