Job Description

The Security and Access Coordinator supports the Country Director, Field Coordinators, and base managers in managing the security of teams and assets.
They participate in information gathering, context analysis, and the implementation of appropriate procedures.
They also contribute to training and raising awareness among teams regarding security management.
Finally, they play a key role in managing security crises.

Key Deliverables

1. Contribute within the allotted time, in an economical and transparent manner, to the management of the purchasing chain in the area:

  • Purchases ;
  • Stocks and deliveries;
  • Traceability;

2. Contribute to ensuring, within the allotted timeframe, efficient and transparent cross-functional management of Logistics in the area:

  • Fleet and transport management;
  • Fuel management;
  • Asset management;
  • Premises management (offices, homes and warehouses);
  • Communications & IT Management;

3. Ensure that all logistics operations under its responsibility comply with donor and Acted procedures and actively promote logistics procedures

4. Contribute to the implementation of safety and security guidelines, SOPs and plans

5. Contribute to strengthening the skills of the Logistics team

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Procurement, Logistics , Supply Chain Management At least 1 or 2 years of experience in logistics management, supply chain management or equivalent; Ability to train, mobilize and manage a team; Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and in a versatile manner; Autonomy, leadership, organization; Experience abroad would be an asset.
