- To be considered for this position, a candidate must:
- Be a Kenyan citizen
- Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Kenya
- Master’s degree or higher qualification will be an added advantage.
- Be a Certified Public Secretary in good professional standing.
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience.
- Possession of Human Resource qualification will be an added advantage
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of the structural, legal, and regulatory framework governing public service in Kenya,
- Possession of knowledge and experience in financial management wiil be an added advantage.
- Be a professional of high integrity, with no record of breach of the relevant professional code of conduct.
- Meet the requirements of leadership and integrity as outlined in Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya (20 1 0).
- Be capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

Tenure of Office:
A non-renewable six (6) year term, which may be served on a part-time basis.
Remuneration: Remuneration and benefits shall be as determined by the Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC).
