Key Deliverables

  • Manage the Process Manager Operations diary and execution of day-to day functions effectively.
  • Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, maintain records, prepare reports, and coordinate departmental communications.
  • Act as a key point of contact, handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Compile information and generate associated technical and/or administrative reports.
  • Undertake a variety of administrative and secretarial tasks associated with meetings.
  • Assemble appropriate material for meetings and conferences.
  • Co-ordinate travel arrangements both nationally and internationally.
  • Assist in other areas as delegated by the Process Manager Operations

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Matric is essential.
  • Post Matric qualification in a Secretarial/Administration field or equivalent.
  • Five years secretarial and administrative experience.
  • SAP knowledge is essential.
  • Advanced Computer literacy in MS Office Suite.
  • Report writing and consolidation experience.
