1. Valid Driving Licence
· Must possess a valid Kenyan Driving Licence appropriate for the vehicle class (D1, D2, or D3).
· Must have a valid Public Service Vehicle (PSV) endorsement.
2. Minimum Education
· Minimum KCSE (Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education) or equivalent qualification.
3. Driving Experience
· Minimum 2–5 years of driving experience.
· Experience driving a school bus or institutional vehicle is an added advantage.
· Experience working with children is preferred.
4. Clean Driving Record
· Must have a clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
5. Certificate of Good Conduct
· Valid Certificate of Good Conduct issued by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).
6. Medical Fitness
· Valid medical fitness certificate confirming physical and mental ability to drive.
7. Safety & Professional Skills
· Good knowledge of traffic rules and road safety regulations.
· Defensive driving skills.
· Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Additional Qualifications (Added Advantage)
· First Aid Certification.
· Defensive Driving Training Certificate.
