- Invite potential customers into the store professionally and confidently
- Explain current offers, promotions, and featured products
- Create excitement and visibility around the shop
- Help increase daily foot traffic and customer inquiries
- Start friendly conversations with potential customers
- Build customer interest And Direct customers to the appropriate sales staff inside the shop
- Answer basic customer questions regarding products and offers
- Encourage customers to visit the shop
- Represent the brand in a professional and energetic manner
- Maintain excellent grooming and personal presentation
- Wear company branding or uniform properly
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and welcoming attitude at all times
- Assist during activations, launches, roadshows, and promotions
- Help distribute flyers or promotional materials where necessary
- Encourage customers to follow brand social media pages and promotions
- Support content creation or simple customer videos when requested
