Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing business opportunities in the water and wastewater treatment sector across Rwanda and neighboring East African markets. The role involves driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring technical and commercial success for projects in industrial, municipal, and commercial segments.

Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new clients and projects in industrial, municipal, and institutional sectors.
- Generate sales leads through direct visits, consultants, EPC contractors, and project developers.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents in coordination with proposal team.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve assigned sales targets and profit margins.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to order closure.
Client & Partner Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and government bodies.
- Conduct presentations, site visits, and technical discussions to support project acquisition.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely support.
Market Development & Strategy
- Analyze the water and wastewater market trends in Rwanda and East Africa.
- Identify potential partners, distributors, and local agents.
- Recommend strategies for market penetration and brand positioning.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with the technical, design, and project teams for proposal and project execution support
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, and sales pipeline.
- Submit regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and competitor activities.
