- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in automotive, industrial, and commercial lubricant segments.
- Manage and mentor a team of Sales Representatives; monitor performance and provide coaching.
- Identify new market opportunities and key accounts.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with distributors, OEMs, fleet operators, and industrial customers.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and sales planning.
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to optimize regional and channel performance.
- Oversee product positioning and coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance to ensure delivery and profitability goals are met.
- Ensure the sales team stays updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
