Key Deliverables

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in automotive, industrial, and commercial lubricant segments.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Sales Representatives; monitor performance and provide coaching.
  • Identify new market opportunities and key accounts.
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with distributors, OEMs, fleet operators, and industrial customers.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and sales planning.
  • Analyze sales data and KPIs to optimize regional and channel performance.
  • Oversee product positioning and coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance to ensure delivery and profitability goals are met.
  • Ensure the sales team stays updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the lubricant, petrochemical, or automotive aftermarket industry.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of hitting/exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of lubricant applications and client requirements in industrial and automotive sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
