Key Deliverables

  • Identify and engage high-value prospects, including corporate organizations, residential estates, hotels, and commercial properties.
  • Conduct consultative sales engagements, including on-site assessments, to understand client needs and propose tailored service solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic positioning and improve sales performance.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Retail Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development. Strong negotiation, presentation, and executive-level communication skills. Good understanding of the Lagos corporate and real estate environment. Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple prospects simultaneously. High level of professionalism, integrity, and resilience. Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Lagos for client meetings. Experience in service-based industries such as security, banking, insurance, or FMCG is an added advantage. Existing corporate or estate management contacts within Lagos is an added advantage.
