Summary
- The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service within the pet store.
- This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products and services, and contributing to the store's overall sales objectives.
- The Sales Executive will work closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for pet owners.\

Sales and Customer Service:
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services, including pet supplies, grooming, boarding, and veterinary care.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store sales goals.
- Provide detailed product information and answer customer questions regarding pet care and products.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services offered by the store.
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Educate customers on pet care best practices and product benefits.
Inventory Management:
- Assist in managing inventory levels, including restocking shelves and organizing product displays.
- Monitor product availability and inform the Sales Manager of any stock shortages or reorder needs.
- Help with inventory counts and maintaining accurate records.
Store Operations:
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist with merchandising and creating attractive product displays.
- Follow store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collect and utilize customer feedback to improve the shopping experience.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Sales Manager, Vet Doctor, Groomer, and Cleaners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Support team members during busy periods and collaborate on special projects or promotions.
