- Prospecting: target hair salons to prospect, organize your prospecting plan, request appointments, meet with prospects and understand their needs. You will offer them solutions that are likely to suit them and present your arguments to convince them to become new clients.
- Customer loyalty and development : manage and nurture the existing client portfolio. Offer your clients our innovations, new services, and training programs to grow their revenue and satisfaction levels.
- Manage performance and KPIs: Track your key performance indicators (revenue, number of active clients, market share of product ranges per trade show, etc.). Use digital tools (Salesforce CRM, Power BI, AI tools) to manage your business and anticipate business opportunities.
- Image and visibility: ensuring the presence and visibility of our professional brands in hair salons, verifying the promotion of product ranges, advising your clients on the merchandising of their point of sale, informing them on best commercial practices to adopt for the resale of your products (sell-out promotions)
