Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, self-starter to join our commercial, sales and marketing team as a Sales Account Administrator.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract, with a start date as soon as possible.

As our Sales Account Administrator in our Perfumery & Beauty business, you will support the Sales Account Coordinators in managing their job functions internally. You will support administration duties and account management activities (customer data entry/ calls and routine inquiries).

Your key interactions will be with our Sales Account Coordinators, Account Managers, Creation & Development teams, Labs and Customer Care teams.

Key Deliverables

  • Close working relationship with Technical Team – facilitation of projects/ sample requests
  • Taking care of day-to-day client requests as directed by the Sales Account Coordinators
  • Collaborating with Customer Care team
  • Filing and maintaining all commercial documents
  • Perform general administrative tasks
  • If delegated, help account managers with ad hoc and administrative tasks
  • Manage sample requests from initiation until delivery to customer (oils and applications)
  • Receipt and delivery of parcels including all documentation
  • Meeting minutes
