Retail Sales Supervisors at Zenka Finance

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Supervisors to onboard, build and sustain strong relationships with retailers, understand their needs, and ensure they receive excellent service. They will be responsible for managing accounts, addressing client inquiries, and supporting client retention and growth.

• Onboard and build own network of retailers
• Provide training to own network on regular bases to improve performance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts
• Understand clients’ business needs and objectives, tailor cooperation accordingly
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Resolve any issues or concerns efficiently and professionally
• Follow up on account status, activities, and performance
• Gather feedback from client and convey to internal teams
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements
• Observe industry trends and competitors- advise internal team on your conclusions
