The role holder will be responsible for assisting the Reinsurance Manager in executing the Reinsurance Strategy, including the arrangement of a business-enabling reinsurance program and the facilitation of its efficient utilization in line with the Company’s goals and objectives.

- Assist in processing of all Reinsurance returns, Accounts, Reconciliations and payments within set timelines.
- Ensure prompt recovery of balances due from Reinsurers
- Efficient reinsurance related claims administration and proper management of reinsurance related accounts
- Assist in preparing various performance statistics for reinsurance renewal, review of Reinsurance Program profitability and all pre and post renewal reinsurance processes
- Ensure all IRA deadlines are adhered to
- Timely preparation of reports for presentation to management for proper decision making
- Embrace governance requirements with respect to KYC/AML/Data protection requirements per governing Acts.
