Key Deliverables

  • Team Build & Management: 
    • Recruit, train, assign to stores, and manage the full life-cycle (selection, development, utilization, retention) of shop assistant in the region. Enhance sales associates' skills, morale, and professionalism through training.
  • Training Delivery:
    •  Master and deliver training including new product launch content, new shop assistant sales skills training, after sales service standards, and competitor offense and defense FOQ/one-page information. Execute the team training plan.
  • Target & Results Focus: 
    • Achieve overall regional sales and M-H range models sales targets. Increase sales performance for productivity and M-H range models productivity.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Education and Skills: Bachelor's degree or higher; proficient in computer and office software.
  • Demographics: Open to all genders; age under 30.
  • Experience: 2+ years sales representative experience or 2+ years training experience in the mobile phone industry. 
  • Presentation & Communication: Professional appearance; fluent, confident English; dynamic and passionate.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to thrive under pressure; results and goal-oriented.
