- Team Build & Management:
- Recruit, train, assign to stores, and manage the full life-cycle (selection, development, utilization, retention) of shop assistant in the region. Enhance sales associates' skills, morale, and professionalism through training.
- Training Delivery:
- Master and deliver training including new product launch content, new shop assistant sales skills training, after sales service standards, and competitor offense and defense FOQ/one-page information. Execute the team training plan.
- Target & Results Focus:
- Achieve overall regional sales and M-H range models sales targets. Increase sales performance for productivity and M-H range models productivity.
