We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales and Marketing Representatives. The ideal candidates will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing marketing strategies, fostering client relationships, and ensuring overall business performance. This role requires a strong background in both sales and marketing, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Deliverables

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and drive lead generation efforts.
  • Support team members in closing deals and managing key accounts.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Visit potential clients including supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, schools, and distributors to pitch products.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of sales.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and brand strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to refine marketing tactics.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events, product tastings, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with the production team to align product development with market demand.
  • Create content for social media, newsletters, and advertising materials.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Address customer needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at events, trade shows, and industry conferences.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing, with at least 2 years in a similar company (in a beverage industry is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, techniques, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
