Job Description

Recruitment Specialist

9am-5pm Monday to Friday UK Time (11am to 7pm South African Time)

Salary between ZAR 15,000 to ZAR 21,000 DOE – negotiable for the right candidate

This is a fully remote position, working from home for a UK-based company. The successful candidate should have access to a PC/Laptop, a stable internet connection, and a headset to make VoIP calls.

Key Deliverables

  • Using our ATS system to filter, shortlist, and schedule interviews on behalf of our clients
  • Identifying and attracting suitable candidates for current live roles
  • Directly sourcing, headhunting, leading candidate generation, attraction, assessment, shortlisting, and selection
  • Using effective questioning techniques to establish the candidate’s experience
  • Actively building talent pipelines for current and future requirements through proactive candidate attraction and networking
  • Ensuring that candidates receive a service that is second to none

Essential Qualities

If you have the following, then the answer is yes!

  • Previous experience in a recruitment role, either in-house or agency, filling a variety of roles
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system would be highly advantageous
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Driven and energetic, confident and focused in your approach
  • Analytical, flexible, and professional at all times with a high attention to detail
  • Skilled in the use of MS Office
  • A good standard of verbal and written English
