As a Recruitment and Selection Consultant, you will be primarily responsible for:

  • Implementation of talent acquisition and selection services:
    • People specifications / selection criteria
    • Sourcing
    • Response handling / Screening / Short listing
    • Selection / Interviewing
    • Facilitating assessments (technical / behavioural / psychometric)
    • Referencing
    • Offering
    • Handover to on-boarding
    • Regretting
  • Input into continuous improvement of the talent acquisition and selection system - process / methodologies / policies / technology
