As a Recruitment and Selection Consultant, you will be primarily responsible for:

Implementation of talent acquisition and selection services:
- People specifications / selection criteria
- Sourcing
- Response handling / Screening / Short listing
- Selection / Interviewing
- Facilitating assessments (technical / behavioural / psychometric)
- Referencing
- Offering
- Handover to on-boarding
- Regretting
Input into continuous improvement of the talent acquisition and selection system - process / methodologies / policies / technology

Essential Qualities
