- Customer Service:Greeting guests, answering inquiries about services, local attractions, and transport.
- Financial Transactions:Processing payments (cash, credit/debit cards), verifying billing, and handling foreign currency.
- Communication:Managing the switchboard, responding to emails, and coordinating with housekeeping or maintenance to resolve issues.
- Safety & Security:Ensuring the reception area is clean and adhering to hotel policies, including safeguarding guest information.
- Front Desk Operations:Managing arrivals and departures, allocating rooms, and issuing keys/key cards.
- Reservations & Admin:Handling bookings, cancellations, and updating hotel records using property management software (PMS).
