.Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office

. Ability to multitask and stay organized

. A professional, welcoming personality 

•  Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries
• Handle phone calls, emails, and guest bookings
• Manage schedules and maintain office organization
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
