  • We are seeking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance across smart residential, commercial, and fit-out projects. 
  • This role combines technical oversight with subcontractor management and systems integration to ensure every project meets top-tier quality standards.

Key Deliverables

  • Conduct QA/QC inspections across architectural, MEP, and finishing works
  • Approve drawings, materials, and technical documentation
  • Lead audits, manage non-conformities, and drive corrective actions
  • Review, grade, and expand the subcontractor database
  • Integrate and train subcontractors into existing QA/QC systems

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in QA/QC for construction or fit-out projects
  • Familiar with ISO/QMS standards, ELV/smart systems, and high-spec interiors
  • Strong documentation and project management skills
  • Experience with subcontractor oversight and quality systems.
