- The Qualified Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring clinical standards are met, maintaining accurate records, supporting physicians, and promoting patient health and safety.

Patient Care:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on individual needs.
- Monitor vital signs and overall patient condition, responding promptly to changes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide wound care, injections, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures.
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, hygiene, and emotional support.
Clinical Duties:
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Prepare and maintain sterile equipment required for medical procedures.
- Carry out diagnostic tests such as urine tests, blood pressure monitoring, blood samples, etc.
- Maintain accurate, updated patient records and documentation.
Health Education & Counseling:
- Educate patients and their families on treatments, recovery processes, and health management.
- Promote preventive healthcare practices (nutrition, hygiene, vaccination awareness).
Compliance & Safety:
- Adhere strictly to medical protocols, nursing standards, and infection prevention guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Ensure proper disposal of medical waste according to safety standards.
Administrative Duties:
- Assist with patient scheduling, admission, and discharge processes.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and request replenishment when needed.
- Participate in departmental meetings, trainings, and audits.
