Project Management
- Lead full project lifecycle delivery for assigned initiatives, ensuring timely implementation and successful outcomes.
- Develop project plans, milestones, timelines, and resource plans.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across the business.
- Maintain strong project governance, including scope, timing, risk, and communication management.
- Provide regular status reporting and support SteerCo and executive updates.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure issues are promptly escalated and resolved.
- Coordinate and support change rollouts, ensuring readiness and adoption.
Operational Implementation & Process Enablement
- Support operational teams in embedding new processes, systems, or standards.
- Document operating procedures and ensure alignment to updated ways of working.
- Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and executable.
- Coordinate training, communications, and handover to business owners.
- Track post-implementation effectiveness to ensure project objectives are met.
Governance & Administration
- Maintain project plans, status reports, and key documentation.
- Align with PMO frameworks and reporting standards.
- Support lessons-learned reviews to enhance future delivery
