What will you do?


To ensure administrative and financial support to the Operations manager through the application of project processes, methodologies while supporting management with Ad-Hoc tasks.

Key Deliverables

Operating Model:

  • Complete and maintain project reports and documentation and store on Group Finance Z drive
  • Schedule project meetings and workshops 
  • Maintain decision document within given time frame
  • Ad-Hoc as requested by management from time to time
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation for project team
  • Administer induction of project team members

Position Specific Outputs  

  • Collate data, design finance workflow, update standard operating procedures, train, and develop staff.
  • Monitor and report to the Operation Manager Pretoria variances or improvements.
  • Assist with driving deadlines.
  • Ad-Hoc as requested by management from time to time.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Matric, advanced excel skills, certificate advantageous
  • 5 years management assistant experience with at least 5 years financial experience
  • Knowledge and application of relevant legislation 
  • Knowledge and application of processes and procedures
