Under the direct supervision of the Adolescent Development Manager (Level 4) and the Edu-cation Specialist (Level 3) and in close collaboration with the broader L&S team, the UNV will support the section’s field information collection, completeness of programme information and support interpreting program evidence and presenting insights. This volunteering will provide exposure to UNICEF’s data systems, results monitoring frameworks, and collaborative pro-gramme implementation processes. It will also be an opportunity to work with the government, schools and other development partners (UNHCR, ILO, NGOs, etc.) on data collection and analysis. Under the direct supervision of Education Specialist (Level 3), the UN Volunteer will undertake the following tasks: Field information capture and information system maintenance: Support compilation and validation of field information from UNICEF, schools and partner reports under G4DU and PROSPECTS. Assist in organizing and maintaining datasets across education and skilling. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of structured databases and metadata documentation for ongoing projects. Checking the robustness and completeness of program information: Review and clean project implementation datasets for completeness and accuracy. Support partner and school headteacher performance reporting verification processes. Maintain data consistency between partner reporting tools, and excel-based trackers. Interpreting program evidence and presenting insights: Support analysis of programme results and funding progress across PROSPECTS and G4DU workstreams. Assist in preparing presentations for quarterly and annual review meetings as well as other decision-making documents. Liaison: Contributes to strengthening partnership and coordination between multisectoral PROSPECTS team and DLG and Implementation Partners including the PROSPECTS Opportunity Fund on TVET. Capacity Building: Support the design and facilitation of capacity-building sessions for implementing partners, government officials, U-Reporters, and internal staff on data collection, quality assurance, and management practices. Other Support Tasks: Provide adhoc analytical and administrative support for education, skilling, and youth development data as requested.
