Key Deliverables

 Environmental & Climate Technical Support * Support the implementation of activities in conservation, biodiversity, restoration, agroforestry, waste and resilience * Conduct field environmental and climate assessments * Collect and analyze data (needs, practices, risks, opportunities) * Contribute to climate, carbon and sustainable resource management projects * Prepare technical content for training and awareness-raising * Produce analyses (studies, feasibility studies, assessments) * Ensure compliance with national and international standards: * Integrate gender, inclusion and community rights issues * Document good practices and recommendations. Environmental & Social Safeguards: Identify E&S risks and support screenings; monitor mitigation measures and document consultations; report incidents, complaints, and field risks; contribute to accountability and participation mechanisms; ensure compliance with partner requirements. Operational Support & Coordination: Support the planning of activities and operational needs; participate in field missions, workshops, and consultations; contribute to technical proposals and analyses; collect data for indicator monitoring; prepare logistical requirements for activities. Reporting & Capitalization * Produce mission and activity reports * Update databases and monitoring tools * Document results, best practices, and impacts * Contribute to pillar reports and proposals * Ensure data traceability and archiving. Key Deliverables * Field reports and summaries * Databases and monitoring tables * Technical notes and contributions to proposals * Training and awareness-raising materials * Complete and traceable activity files * Alerts on risks, incidents, and needs

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Environmental Management, Environmental Engineering & Environmental Sciences Hold a degree at least equivalent to a Master's degree (BAC+5 level) in Environment, Climate, Sustainable Development, Natural Resource Management, Biology, Geography, Agronomy, Energy, Applied Social Sciences, Project Management or another related discipline. Additional training in climate change and safeguards Environmental and social, MRV/MNV, REDD+ biodiversity GIS data collection or project management constitutes an asset Demonstrate at least five (5) years of professional experience in Environmental, Climate Conservation, Sustainable Development, Clean Energy, Resilience/Community, or Natural Resource Management projects. Having experience in using data collection tools, Excel, simple databases, KoboToolbox, ODK, GIS or similar tools is a major asset; • Fluency in French and a professional level of English; knowledge of a national language is a major asset.
