Performance Tracking:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the product's success.

- Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Iterate on the product to enhance user experience, functionality, and competitiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of product plans.

- Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs and preferences throughout the product development process.
