Key Deliverables

  • Timely procurement and delivery of high quality electromechanical and building products used in the maintenance of a high-rise building
  • Negotiate the best deals for pricing and supply conracts
  • Preparing of Purchase Orders.
  • Review and analyse all vendors, suppliers, supply option and prices
  • Ensure delivery of procured items.
  • Dealings with suppliers, manufacturers and vendors as regards quality electromechanical and building products used in the maintenance of a high-rise building facility.
  • Any other related job.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Procurement, Logistics , Supply Chain Management Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
