Key Deliverables

  • Maintain supplies inventory by monitoring stock levels, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning documents.
  • Organize travel arrangements for playhouse staff and assist with coordinating travel for project teams from other locations.
  • Develop, implement, and update administrative systems to improve efficiency.
  • Manage day-to-day petty cash transactions.
  • Handle billing activities, including timely submission of Payment Requisitions to the Finance Department.
  • Oversee repairs and maintenance of assets and playhouse equipment.
  • Perform ECD-related administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain vehicle fuel records and logbooks.
  • Undertake any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Administrative and Support Services Required Qualification Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Required Experience 2–3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a similar administrative role. Experience working within an NPO/NGO environment is an advantage. Required Skills Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Proficient in using office equipment, including printers and photocopiers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
