  • We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle day-to-day tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.

Key Deliverables

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and calendar activities

  • Assist with personal and work-related tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain confidentiality and act with professionalism at all times

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field
  • 1–2 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools
  • Must be reliable, smart, and able to work under pressure
  • Must be ready for immediate resumption.
