People Operations Intern

We are looking for a People Operations Intern who is eager to learn, grow, and gain practical experience in Human Resources and hospitality workforce operations. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in Human Resources, employee lifecycle management, and hospitality workforce operations.

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, OR Business Administration
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
• Strong willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s license advantageous (travel between properties may be required)
