- Maintaining the time & attendance system & data
- Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and preparing data for payroll processing.
- Answering calls and responding to emails pertaining to Payroll and its function
- Maintaining the payroll mailbox.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures and reporting based on this.
- Maintain employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
- Other administrative duties.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
