- Oversee the entire monthly payroll process.
- Ensure payroll processing is completed on time and in accordance with procedures.
- Validate payroll elements and checks before payment.
- Ensure the correct application of payroll rules, agreements and legal provisions.
Process control and security
- Implement and monitor internal controls related to payroll.
- Identify, analyze and correct any anomalies or discrepancies found.
- Ensure the reliability of payroll data and social security declarations.
- Ensure that processing complies with regulatory requirements.
Management and supervision of the Payroll team
- To supervise, support and develop the skills of Payroll Officers.
- Distribute tasks and monitor the team's workload.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards.
- Participate in the recruitment, integration and evaluation of department staff.
Managing complex customer relationships and complaints
- To ensure the processing of complex payroll-related cases.
- Responding to claims requiring arbitration or in-depth expertise.
- Advise operational teams and clients on payroll matters.
- Maintain a high level of satisfaction for internal and external customers.
Coordination with stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with the Recruitment, HR Administration, Health and Safety, Finance and Operations teams.
- Ensure the smooth flow of information necessary for payroll processing.
- Participate in projects to improve HR and Payroll processes.
Reporting and continuous improvement
- Produce and analyze payroll reports.
- Monitor the service's performance indicators.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions.
- Participate in the automation and optimization of payroll processes.

Experience in an outsourcing, temporary work or large workforce management environment is a major asset. |
