  • Grubs & Giggles is hiring a skilled Pastry Maker / Baker / Confectioner who can produce high‑quality pastries, snacks, baked goods, breakfast pastries, desserts, and confectioneries.
  • You must be able to handle production for a busy, fast‑growing delivery kitchen.

Key Deliverables

  • Prepare pastries such as: doughnuts, meat pies, chicken pies, sharwama buns, sausage rolls, muffins, cookies, cupcakes, waffles, pancakes, small chops, and other confections.
  • Handle dough mixing, kneading, portioning, shaping, glazing, and baking.
  • Maintain accurate recipe measurements to ensure product consistency.
  • Ensure pastries are fresh, well‑packaged, and visually appealing.
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized pastry/baking station.
  • Assist in developing new pastry ideas and seasonal specials.
  • Work within the kitchen team to meet daily production targets.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Baking & Pastry Arts MUST live within Gwarinpa or nearby areas. 1 - 2 years’ experience in baking, pastry making, or confectionery production. Ability to work with speed, precision, and consistency. Good understanding of hygiene and food safety. Must be available for immediate start and for the walk‑in interview.
