Fits on Time is a fast-growing bespoke tailoring brand committed to offering stylish, convenient, and timely suit solutions for men and women.We are now looking for a young, energetic, and entrepreneurial individual to join our team part-time to support our growing customer base with personalized and professional service.

Key Deliverables

  1. Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and email in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Schedule deliveries and coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
  3. Manage and update customer order records and keep clients informed on progress and delivery timelines.
  4. Take body measurements for clients during offsite appointments (training will be provided).
  5. Offer excellent after-sales support and resolve any concerns with empathy and efficiency.
  6. Represent the brand’s voice and values in all customer interactions.
  7. Assist with customer feedback collection, client follow-ups, and building lasting relationships.

Essential Qualities

  • Someone with a passion for fashion, customer service, and people.
  • A quick learner who is open to training in basic tailoring measurements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili.
  • Tech-savvy—comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Instagram, and email.
  • Available to work part-time, including some weekends and offsite appointments (transport will be facilitated).
