- Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and email in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule deliveries and coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Manage and update customer order records and keep clients informed on progress and delivery timelines.
- Take body measurements for clients during offsite appointments (training will be provided).
- Offer excellent after-sales support and resolve any concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Represent the brand’s voice and values in all customer interactions.
- Assist with customer feedback collection, client follow-ups, and building lasting relationships.
