As a member of the existing onboarding team be responsible for delivering a high-quality onboarding experience to include the promotion and execution of an efficient, transparent and technology driven onboarding experience for the clients and investors of Altum Group managed entities whilst ensuring compliance with the regulatory obligations and policies of Altum Group.
Consideration and application of a commercially pragmatic approach to applying the respective policies and procedures in line with Altum Group’s risked based approach.
To assist in the continued development of Altum Groups digital onboarding solution and oversight of data management of the client/investor cards ensuring all data is captured at onboarding in line with all regulatory requirements.

- As onboarding specialist and in conjunction with the client facing teams document the timelines and the plan for the onboarding of the new clients and/or investors, in line with requirements, whilst ensuring an appropriate level of resource is made available throughout.
- Assist in the documentation/facilitation of the requirements for specific client and investor take on to ensure that the systems and process are set up correctly to meet the needs of all stakeholders.
- Assist in providing accurate and concise analysis of client due diligence requirements ensuring Altum Group policies and regulatory requirements are managed.
- Guide new Customers and Investors though the client due diligence gathering process utilising Altum Groups digital onboarding solutions (where possible).
- Oversee collation of respective due diligence, liaising with customers and investors to ensure that client due diligence is collated accurately in the most efficient manner.
- Provide concise and timely updates to the key stakeholders to ensure that all data and documents are transferred when required.
- Task management of Onboarding journeys ensuring that workflows are managed and customer/investor expectations are overseen.
- Work collaboratively to develop and maintain a full database of identified parties and their respective static data.
- Embedding a strong understanding of onboarding and regulatory requirements, leading continuous improvements, and developing training.
- Liaising with colleagues cross jurisdictionally in relation to onboarding matters assisting with the onboarding of cross jurisdictional Clients and Investors (where necessary).
- Assist in the development of the onboarding journeys ensuring existing journeys are maintained and developed in-line with industry changes.
