Key Deliverables

A. Operational Management• Fleet Monitoring: Act as the control tower. Proactively collect and supervise all fleet movements (owned and outsourced) to ensure maximum fluidity.• Subcontractor Management: Ensure deadlines are met. Audit and manage transport partners. You are responsible for resolving field problems (breakdowns, delays).• Documentary Rigor: Verify the completeness and accuracy of transport documents to avoid administrative blockages.• Process Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement procedures to increase productivityB. Reporting and client interface (The "Relay")• Real-Time Tracking: Feed tracking files for immediate and accurate visibility of the situation.• Alert: Immediately identify deviations (delays, breakdowns) and quickly propose solutions to the DGA.• High-Level Client Interface: Act as the primary point of contact for the mining client. You prepare and present operational reviews (reports, positions, ETAs, etc.)• Data Analysis: Transform tracking data into strategic dashboards (KPIs) to facilitate decision-making by the DGA.• Risk Management: Anticipate logistical crises (customs, blockages, breakdowns) and deploy immediate contingency plans.C. Backup• Master the file to ensure continuity of operations and replace the Deputy Director General during his travels

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Procurement, Logistics , Supply Chain Management Bachelor's degree (BAC+3/4/5): Logistics, Management, Finance or any other relevant field * Experience: 10 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in logistics, transport or industrial project management, ideally in an international or complex environment. Experience in the mining sector required Techniques • Advanced proficiency in management tools (Excel expert, ERP, tracking tools) • Absolute documentary rigor Behavioral • Field leadership: Ability to command respect from teams and subcontractors. o Strategic Resilience: High capacity to adapt to unforeseen events in the geographical context. o Loyalty and Ethics: Total integrity in the management of assets and confidential information. • Languages: Excellent level of French. English is essential for communication with international mining groups
