As an Operations Expert (m/f/d) at IKA Works Kampala Limited, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality assembly of our devices. You will work independently and collaboratively to optimize processes, maintain standards, and support continuous improvement.

• Assemble complex components and final devices based on parts lists, drawings, and instructions.
• Conduct functional testing and troubleshooting according to test plans.
• Perform rework and collaborate with engineering teams to improve assembly processes.
• Assign and manage work packages for the assembly team.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming goods and materials.
• Conduct quality control checks and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Manage warehouse inventory, perform audits, and ensure accurate stock retrieval.
• Pack and ship goods according to company standards.
• Maintain tools and testing equipment in optimal condition.
• Document procedures and updates for future reference.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
