As the Office and Finance Administrator, you will manage a varied portfolio of responsibilities, combining key office management and financial administration functions. Your work will be crucial to the day-to-day running of our business

Office Administration
- Manage daily office operations, including liaising with external service providers and managing office budgets.
- Coordinate office logistics, maintenance, repairs, access control and parking allocation.
- Monitor and manage procurement of office supplies, hardware and cleaning materials.
- Support employee onboarding and staff exits, including hot desk setup and allocation.
- Organise meetings, travel arrangements and reconcile associated costs.
- Act as the first point of contact for the office, welcoming visitors and handling calls.
- Supervise office cleaning staff.
Financial Administration
- Prepare and issue invoices and follow up with debtors on outstanding payments.
- Process journals, allocate bank transactions, and reconcile bank accounts.
- Capture EFT payments for authorisation and verify supplier banking details.
- Assist with payroll processes and support financial year-end activities.
General Administration
- Maintain an organised electronic and physical filing system for all office and financial documentation.
- Assist with company events and other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
