Key Deliverables

• Handle general office administrative duties and clerical tasks.

• Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents.

• Assist with data entry, document preparation, and filing.

• Receive and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors where necessary.

• Support office staff with routine administrative tasks.

• Ensure proper record keeping and document management.

• Run occasional office errands when required.

• Maintain confidentiality of company information.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities

• Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.

• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Honest, reliable, and hardworking with a good work ethic.

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Previous experience in a clerical or office support role is an added advantage.
