World Vision is recruiting (14) Nutrition Officer based, 1 Mufunga Sampwe, 1 Mitwaba, 1 Mitwaba, 2 Pweto, 2 Kalemie, 2 Kilwa, 2 Moba, 2 Kansimba in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
BUT FROM THE POST:
Provide support to nutritionists during the reception and dispatch of nutritional products in warehouses by maintaining appropriate food transaction records according to management norms and standards.
Work environment
The position requires the ability and willingness to travel within the country up to 30% of the time, but with a large percentage throughout the Kapolowe Health Zone, especially in the health areas supported by the project.

Lead the capacity building of RECOS/CHWs under his supervision and Ensure the establishment of a humanitarian accountability system, including the functioning of the management service. Ensure proper warehouse management in compliance with current norms and standards, Ensure that the dispatching and reception of nutritional inputs are carried out properly in health facilities Ensure that all documents and files relating to the management of nutritional inputs in warehouses are duly completed and classified, Carry out monthly physical inventories of nutritional inputs in warehouses Ensure that all necessary documents are completed upon receipt and dispatch of nutritional inputs and classified, Compile weekly, monthly and annual reports on the management of nutritional inputs in warehouses Monitor operations in warehouses, Ensure the choice of warehouses in each Health Zone according to WV standards Ensure the different expiry dates of nutritional inputs and the cleanliness of warehouses, Monitor the movements of inputs sent by WFP or other partners, Manage the Warehouse Assistants on the nutrition project with the help of the Project Coordinator. Bachelor's degree or graduate in economics, logistics, inventory management or a related field Experience with international NGOs or United Nations agencies. Have at least 3 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor Practical English would be an asset Be available to work in the field in very difficult conditions Have a good performance and enjoy a good reputation Be able to work in a team Computer skills (Word, Excel) Be a practicing Christian with a good testimony
